CircleGen uses information submitted through this website to answer project enquiries, assess the requested engineering or commercial scope and manage the resulting business correspondence.

Information we collect

The enquiry form may collect your name, company, work email, phone number, project type, message, source page and language. The hosting and security systems may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time and server logs.

How the information is used

Valid enquiries are recorded as a business contact and a linked deal in CircleGen’s customer-management system. An internal notification is delivered to the CircleGen domain mailbox so the team can review and answer the request. Automated abuse controls may block obvious bots, suppress identical repeat submissions or hold suspicious messages in a restricted quarantine for later review.

Service providers and transfers

CircleGen may use hosting, email, security and customer-management service providers to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Information may be processed in the countries where those providers operate, subject to the safeguards available for the relevant service.

Retention and sharing

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for enquiry handling, business records, security and legal obligations. CircleGen does not sell personal information and does not use form submissions to add people to a marketing newsletter without a separate choice.

Your choices
